Ensure that your Learners know exactly who to reach out to with questions or concerns by adding internal Points of Contact to every training course.
You now have the ability to add internal points of contact that will be visible to your Learners both in the Learner Portal and within individual courses. Additionally, these contacts will be featured in the forthcoming Phishing Simulator dashboard!
If you choose not to add contacts, nothing will change - learners will not see a contacts section in their portal or within courses.
Note: These will be contacts internal to your organization, not contacts at EasyLlama. Your Learners should always reach out to an internal contact. If assistance is needed from our team, an administrator from your organization can reach out for assistance.
To Add a Contact:
1. Go to Settings > Training Settings in your EasyLlama dashboard.
2. Click "Add Point of Contact"
3. Fill out the name, information, and contact details of the Point of Contact and choose your visibility settings.
4. Click "Save." Your Contact has now been added and will appear to Learners based on your visibility selections.
Maintaining Points of Contact
Your Contacts will be visible to administrators on the Training Settings tab. You can edit, maintain, and add new contacts there.
To Delete a contact, simply click the trash icon and confirm.
To Edit a contact, click edit, make your updates, and Save.
Learner Experience
Here is where the contacts will appear in the Learner Portal and in Courses.
In the Learner Portal
The contacts will be displayed at the bottom-right on the Home Tab of the Learner Portal.
Learners can click to expand to see the details for each contact.
In Trainings
When Learners click the Question Mark Icon at the top-right of a course, they will now see your internal contacts information.
