AI Translations for EasyLlama Courses

AI Translations allow you to deliver training content to your global workforce in multiple languages at no additional cost. EasyLlama uses artificial intelligence to translate on-screen text (OST), subtitles, and narration across your courses, making compliance training accessible to learners worldwide.

What's included with AI Translations

EasyLlama's AI Translation feature provides translation for EasyLlama’s Compliance courses at no cost for the following elements:

  • On-screen text (OST) - Text that appears on slides (Not text that is within a video)
  • Subtitles - Captions that display during video content
  • Narration - Audio voiceover in the target language

Once translated, your course is available in the selected language with automatic updates whenever the English version is edited.

Please note that AI-generated translations include a disclaimer recommending that clients review translations for accuracy. For regulated content or brand-specific terminology, consider adding human verification.

Supported languages

AI Translations work with 30+ languages. The most reliable narration quality is available for:

  • Spanish
  • German
  • French
  • Italian
  • Portuguese
  • Russian

Additional languages are available, though narration quality may vary. Contact your Customer Success Manager for the complete list of supported languages.

How to request AI Translations

To add AI Translations to your courses:

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a request using this form. 
  2. Specify which courses you want translated and which languages you need
  3. Your CSM will coordinate with the Content team to enable the translations
  4. Once ready, you'll receive access to the translated course versions

Optional Translation Services

Need additional quality assurance or customization? EasyLlama offers premium translation services:

  • Human verification - Native speakers review and confirm translation accuracy ($250 per course per language)
  • Dubbing - Professional voice actors record narration in the target language ($100 per video per language)
  • Custom edits - Apply your organization's terminology, brand voice, or compliance language (pricing varies based on scope)

Contact your Customer Success Manager to add these services to your training program.

Once translations are enabled, your learners can switch languages using the language selector within the course.

Translated courses stay synchronized with your English version - when you update the original course, translations update automatically to reflect the changes.
