Why can't I edit my Learner's name in the dashboard?

A Learner's information may be edited using the instructions found here: Edit a Learner's Profile information: Individual and Bulk Updating Learner Details
However, Unlimited subscribers are not able to edit a Learner's name in the dashboard. If a correction needs to be made, please reach out to support@easyllama.com and include the details and reason for the change and we'll be happy to help.
