Justworks Integration

This integration is not available on all accounts. Please reach out to your EasyLlama representative for more info.

From your EasyLlama dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations
Click Connect on the Merge tile.
Follow the instructions. You will need to add a service user to your Justworks account with admin permissions. More details here.
Once done, you will need to wait for first sync to take 1-2 hours.

All Learners must have a work address in Justworks.
This determines their location in EasyLlama, and what regional course they will be assigned (if applicable). Currently there are state-or region-specific courses for Harassment Prevention, HIPAA, and Workplace Violence.
Supervisors must have at least one direct report assigned in Justworks to appear as Supervisors in EasyLlama
Important for Harassment Prevention training, since Supervisors should be assigned the Supervisor version.

Justworks is a one-way integration, native to the EasyLlama Dashboard. It's easy to set up, and will sync Learners nightly from Justworks to your EasyLlama dashboard. You may also auto-assign and send course links to your Learners.
