Keep your training language aligned to your culture. With Custom Terms, you can rename common role and org terms in Harassment Prevention courses. Swap “Supervisor,” “Employee,” “HR,” or “Organization” with labels your team actually uses.

Terms that can be customized
- Human Resources
- Organization
- Employee
- Supervisor
Where customized terms will appear
- Text inside Harassment Prevention courses are updated to use your terms
- Applies across state, role, and industry versions included in the 2026 Harassment Prevention refresh.
What doesn’t change
- Some audio or legally required phrasing may still say “supervisor” where needed for accuracy
- Dashboard fields, chapter titles, course titles, certificates and reports continue to show standard fields
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Training Settings
- Scroll down to the Custom Terms section
- Enter your preferred terms, for example:
- Supervisor → “People Leader”
- Employee → “Crew Member”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save

FAQ
- Is this available on all plans? Yes
- Do I need a new SCORM file? No. SCORM packages update are automatically pushed to your files after the changes are made, even when hosted in your LMS. However, if you are currently using the Essentials Versions of Harassment Prevention, you will need to request the new courses. See more on this here: 2026 Harassment Prevention Refresh
