EasyLlama Plans Overview

EasyLlama offers three core solutions: Pay Per Course, Core, and Ultimate.

This article explains what each plan includes at a high level and how to change plans. For detailed pricing, see the Settings > Billing page in your dashboard or visit the public pricing page.

Plan Types

Pay Per Course

Priced per course, not per user. Purchase a specific number of course assignments that can be distributed across your learners. Best for organizations that want to purchase training on an as‑needs basis.

  • Minimum purchase: 10 courses
  • Add courses in increments of 5
  • Courses do not roll over to the next year if unused
  • Includes:
    • Compliance, security, and workplace training course libraries,
    • The anonymous reporting tool,
    • Policy and signature storage and management,
    • Course customization,
    • Learning paths,
    • Automated course assignments, reminders, and recertification, and
    • Reporting.

Core

Provides unlimited per‑user access to Compliance and Security Awareness libraries, plus the phishing simulator. One seat equals one learner who can take unlimited courses for one year.

  • Minimum purchase: 10 seats
  • Add seats in increments of 5
  • Includes all features in Pay Per Course, plus:
    • Unlimited access to the entire course library,
    • Phishing simulator and automatic training assignments with microlessons

Ultimate

Includes everything in Core, plus AI Course Authoring. One seat equals one learner with unlimited course access and the ability to create custom content.

  • Minimum purchase: 10 seats
  • Add seats in increments of 5

  • Includes: All Core features + AI‑powered course creation tools

Security Awareness Training (SAT)

Build stronger security habits and reduce human error with EasyLlama's Security Awareness Training. This solution turns everyday employees into your first line of defense.

What's included:

  • AI-powered phishing simulations that run once or can be automated year-round, delivering instant feedback and training
  • An interactive cybersecurity course library that's easy to manage and always current
  • Continuous learning to reduce human error and strengthen awareness

Availability: SAT is included in Core and Ultimate plans. It can also be purchased as a standalone product for customers on Pay Per Course.

Learning Management System (LMS)

EasyLlama's LMS gives teams the ability to create, upload, and manage their own training content.

What's included:

  • AI-powered authoring tool
  • SCORM/xAPI uploads
  • Custom course creation and management

Availability: LMS capabilities (including AI Course Authoring) are included in the Ultimate plan.

How to Upgrade or Change Plans
  1. Sign in to EasyLlama.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing.
  3. Select the number of seats (Core/Ultimate) or courses (Pay Per Course) and plan type.
  4. Review the cost summary for today's charges and recurring annual charges.
  5. Confirm the change.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between per seat and per course pricing?

  • Per seat (Core/Ultimate): Pay for each learner annually. That learner can take unlimited courses.
  • Per course (Pay Per Course): Pay for each course assignment. Best for occasional or as‑needs training.

What is included in the Compliance & Workplace Training library?

Access to 400+ expert-developed, legally vetted courses on compliance, workplace behavior, and professional skills. All courses are kept up to date with federal and state regulations.

Is Security Awareness Training included?

SAT is included in Core and Ultimate plans.

What is AI Course Authoring?

A tool that allows you to create custom training courses using AI assistance. Available exclusively in the Ultimate plan.

Can I switch between plans mid‑year?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Changes are prorated based on time remaining until your renewal date.

What is the minimum purchase?

All plans require a minimum purchase of 10 seats (Core/Ultimate) or 10 courses (Pay Per Course).

Do unused courses roll over?

No. For Pay Per Course, any unused courses expire at the end of your term.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

  • Pay Per Course: As‑needs training, occasional assignments
  • Core: Predictable, unlimited access to all training libraries + phishing simulator
  • Ultimate: Everything in Core + ability to create custom courses with AI
