How to Manage Weekly Manager Overdue Training Report Notifications

The Weekly Manager Notification emails managers a summary of overdue and recently completed training for their direct reports. This feature helps managers stay informed and supports team compliance without logging into the dashboard, and is disabled by default.

Manage the Weekly Manager Notification

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Find the Company-wide notifications section.
  3. Find the toggle labeled Send a weekly email to learner managers summarizing all overdue training and recently completed training for their direct reports.
  4. Click the toggle to turn ON (purple) or OFF (gray):
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save. Your notifications are immediately updated.
