AI Scenarios are interactive, AI-driven practice conversations embedded in EasyLlama courses. They help learners rehearse real-world situations through short, guided exchanges in a chat interface—where learners can type or use voice input, receive AI responses based on their input, and finish with a personalized assessment of strengths, opportunities, and next steps.

How Learners Experience AI Scenarios

  1. View the scenario: Learner sees a chat interface with an introduction and first prompt
  2. Respond: Learner types a few sentences per prompt (or uses voice input)
  3. Voice option (optional): Speech is automatically transcribed into the response field
  4. Continue the conversation: AI replies and advances to the next prompt
  5. Review assessment: Session ends with a summary of strengths, opportunities, and actionable tips

How Admins Create AI Scenarios

When using the Course Authoring Tool, select the AI Scenario Assessment template and provide:

  • Topic and title: What skill or situation will learners practice?
  • Number of questions: How many conversational exchanges?
  • Difficulty level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
  • Guidance to AI: Define the AI's role, tone, constraints, company policies, and learner context
    • Example: "AI should play the role of coach/mentor"
    • Example: "Company policy is no refund after 7 days"
  • Generate and test: Preview the generated scenario and test the flow
  • Edit as needed: Adjust learner instructions based on your testing

Accessibility Features

  • Voice input is optional: All interactions support keyboard-only navigation
  • Readable format: Short prompts and concise responses ensure clarity for all learners

Can learners use voice input?

Yes. If the voice option is selected, speech is automatically transcribed into the response field.

What if the chat is slow or won't load?

Learners can select Next to proceed and complete the session without interruption.

Can authors edit generated scenarios?

Yes. Adjust instructions in the Course Authoring Tool and regenerate as needed.
