Overview of current beta capabilities in the EasyLlama LMS

EasyLlama offers two new beta features within the AI Course Authoring Tool, a built-in capability of the EasyLlama LMS:

  • AI Translations

  • Course Customizations for Harassment Prevention

These features expand how Admins can customize courses created in the LMS, making it easier to align training to their organization and workforce without adding operational overhead.

AI Translations of Custom Content (Beta)

This beta feature adds AI-powered translation workflows to custom courses created using the built-in AI Course Authoring Tool.

At a high level, Admins can:

  • Translate custom courses into 30+ supported languages
  • Review translations slide by slide alongside the original
  • Edit translated text inline with automatic saving
  • Track translation status and receive confirmation notifications
  • Identify outdated, missing, or auto-translated content
  • Regenerate translations when source content changes
  • Preview translated courses including on-screen text, audio, and subtitles

Outcome: Helps organizations with global or multilingual workforces reduce language barriers while enabling Admins to manage multilingual training confidently, without needing to speak the target language.

Customizable Harassment Prevention Content (Beta)

This beta feature allows Admins to edit ready-made Harassment Prevention courses from the EasyLlama Course Library directly within the LMS using the AI Course Authoring Tool.

At a high level, Admins can:

  • Create a custom version of a Harassment Prevention course
  • Edit titles, copy, audio, images, videos, and slides
  • Add new slides such as CEO messages or organization-specific content
  • Identify legally required content through compliance tags
  • See disclaimers when editing or deleting required content
  • Use additional Course Authoring Tool templates

Outcome: Enables Admins to tailor Harassment Prevention training to their organization without starting from scratch, while preserving legally required content through company-specific context, internal policy alignment, and presentation updates.
