Can I purchase just 1 additional seat or course?
No, purchases are made in increments of 5, with a 25 seat minimum.
What if I need exactly 47 seats or courses but can only buy in 5-seat/course increments?
You would need to purchase 50 seats or courses (the next available increment) and have 3 unused seats or courses until you grow into them.
Are upgrades prorated?
Yes. You pay only for the additional seats/courses for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
Can I downgrade my seat/course count?
Reductions are typically handled at renewal time. Contact billing support for mid-cycle reduction options.
