What is the "US All-states" Harassment Prevention course and how is it different from the US version?

Information about the "US All-States" Harassment Prevention course

Our US All States Harassment Prevention course was created to cover the mandates for all states that have specific training mandates (CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY, WA).

The US All States Harassment Prevention course was created for employees who work in multiple states to simplify training assignments for companies with employees in different states.

A Supervisor version is available for Supervisors who manage employees in other states. The Supervisor course assures mandate compliance for these situations, and allows Supervisors to understand the mandates in the states of their direct reports, while also complying with the mandates of their home state without having to take two courses.

Both the Supervisor and Non-Supervisor versions are two hours long to meet all US state length requirements.

The US Harassment Prevention course is for states other than CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY, or WA. It's shorter than the other versions because there is no state-specific information and no mandated length requirement. Most employers with learners in Non-Mandate states assign this US version.

The Recertification Frequency for this course should always be set to 12 months, because some states require annual recertification.

All States is two hours long for both Supervisor and Non-Supervisor, to cover all state-mandated training lengths. These two courses are nearly identical but are named differently for your record-keeping purposes. If you want to simplify your training assignment experience, you can assign All States for Supervisors to all US employees - this will ensure that anyone moving to a different state is covered and that those who are promoted have already taken a course designated for a Supervisor.
