EasyLlama Plans Overview
EasyLlama offers two main solutions: Compliance & Workplace Training and the Learning Management System (LMS). You can purchase either separately or bundle them together.
This article explains what each plan includes at a high level and how to change plans. For pricing, see the Settings > Billing page or the public pricing page.
Compliance & Workplace Training Plan Types
These plans provide access to EasyLlama’s Course Library, which includes 400+ expert-developed, legally vetted courses on compliance, workplace behavior, and professional skills. All courses are kept up to date with federal and state regulations.
- Single – Designed for teams that only need to assign one course per learner (e.g., a single compliance requirement).
- Flex – Allows each learner to be assigned up to three ready-made courses, covering broader compliance or workplace training needs.
- Unlimited – Provides the most flexibility, allowing learners to access and complete as many pre-built courses as they need.
Learning Management System (LMS) Plans
These plans provide access to EasyLlama’s LMS, which gives teams a platform to create, upload, and manage their own training content. The LMS includes an AI-powered authoring tool along with other tools for building and customizing training programs.
- Pro – Admins can create, publish, and assign up to three custom courses using the authoring tool or by uploading SCORM/xAPI files.
- Ultimate – Admins can create, publish, and assign an unlimited number of custom courses with no restrictions on SCORM/xAPI uploads.
Bundled Plans
For teams who need both compliance courses and custom content, you can purchase any of our Compliance + LMS plans separately (à la carte) or you can choose one of the below pre-packaged bundles to save 10%.

- Unlimited + Ultimate
Seat Minimums and Scaling
- All plans require at least 10 seats
- A flat rate covers the first 25 seats
- Add seats in increments of 5 as you grow
- When bundling Compliance + LMS, the number of seats must match across both solutions
- Annual billing with built-in volume pricing makes it easy to plan ahead and stay on budget
How to Upgrade or Change Plans
- Sign in to EasyLlama.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Note: Teams with 25+ learners already will have immediate upgrade access. Teams with fewer than 25 learners must first upgrade to at least 25 annual seats before managing their plan directly in the dashboard.
- Select the number of seats and/or plan type you would like to upgrade to.
- Review the cost summary for today’s charges and recurring annual charges.
- Confirm the change!

⚠️ Note for existing customers: Our previous Lite, Standard, and Premium plans have been replaced with the new pricing model above. If you were on one of those plans, your account has been updated automatically to an equivalent plan based on current features and seat count. All learner data, assignments, and completion records remain intact.
