Where can I find my subscription details and seat balance?

You can see your Subscription details and seat balance by going to Settings > Billing > Click "Details" on the Current Subscription tile. 

After clicking "Details" on the Current Subscription tile, you will see more details about your subscription, including your renewal date, your per-seat price, and how many seats remain.
