Where can I find my subscription details and seat balance?

Check your current subscription status, remaining training seats, renewal date, and pricing information from the EasyLlama dashboard.

Before You Start

What You'll Need

  • Administrative access to the EasyLlama dashboard
  • Permission to view billing information
  • Access to Settings > Billing

Check Subscription Details

Step 1: Navigate to billing settings

  1. Log into the Dashboard.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Settings > Billing.

Step 2: Access subscription details

On the Billing page, locate the Current Subscription tile and click the Details button.

Step 3: Review subscription information

These key details appear:

  • Remaining seats: Number of available training seats in your balance
  • Payment Information: Edit payment information
  • Billing Profile: The name of the organization, primary contact, and their contact information.

Quick Questions

How often does the available seat count update?

Seat availability updates as courses are assigned (upon using the seat.)

Can I carry over unused seats to the next renewal?

No, unused seats do not carry over. Your balance resets to your purchased total on renewal.

What if I need more seats before my renewal date?

You can purchase additional seats at any time through your billing settings. See: How to Purchase Additional Seats.
