Learner Management

Leaders can view and manage learners within their location, department or team only. This targeted visibility ensures leaders can focus specifically on their designated learners.

Reports & Analytics

When accessing Insights and Reports, leaders will only see data relevant to learners under their management. This provides focused analytics for their specific team.

Training Resources

Leaders have access to several training tools:

• Complete Compliance Training Library - Leaders can browse and select from all available training content
• Learning Journeys - Leaders can utilize recommended learning paths or create custom journeys for their team
• Course Authoring - Leaders can view courses created by others in the organization and create new courses

Collaboration Features

The platform encourages collaboration between leaders and administrators:

• Learning Journeys created by leaders are visible to other leaders and administrators
• Courses created by leaders can be viewed, edited, and utilized by others in the organization
• Leaders can publish courses and assign them to their learners

Important Note on Anonymous Reporting

Leaders do NOT have access to anonymous reporting features. These reports are only visible to administrators with full access privileges.
