How do I add more seats to my subscription?

To create a more seamless experience for our valued clients, your annual subscription renewal will be automated based on your usage, so your EasyLlama subscription will grow with you!

When you need additional seats, you'll upgrade to a larger annual subscription from the Billing tab of your dashboard or automatically if using Post-Pay. You’ll be charged the difference between your current subscription and your new subscription, and when the payment clears, the new seats will be added.

When upgrading, your annual subscription renewal date will not change from the original date. You’ll be automatically renewed at your new subscription level on your renewal date.

If you don't add any seats during your subscription period, or if you do not use all of your seats, you’ll automatically renew at the same subscription level on your renewal date. 

To Add seats:

First, make sure you are logged in to the dashboard of the account you would like to add seats to. Then, Go to Settings > Billing and click "Upgrade" or "Add Seats" on the Current Subscription tile. (You can also click "Details" to see more details about your subscription)

Then, choose the number of seats you would like to add. (In multiples of 5 only. We do not sell single seats.)

After choosing the number of seats, please review all the details to see how much you will be charged today (Total Due today) and the small print at the bottom detailing how this will affect your next renewal. Then, click "Confirm and Pay". Your seats will be added when the payment clears!
