Where can I download my invoices?

Access and download your EasyLlama invoices and payment receipts from the billing dashboard.

Before You Start

What You'll Need

  • Administrative access to the EasyLlama dashboard
  • Knowledge of which invoices or receipts are needed
  • Understanding that some documents expire over time
  • Access to Settings > Billing

Quick Reference

  • Primary method: Download from Invoices tile in billing dashboard
  • Expired documents: Contact billing@easyllama.com
  • Email changes: Update billing profile for future invoices
  • Receipt access: Available through "Pay now" on unpaid invoices

Access and Download Documents

Step 1: Navigate to the billing section

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Settings > Billing.

Step 2: Access invoice history

On the Invoices tile, click See all to view invoice history.

Step 3: Download invoices

From the invoice list:

  1. Locate the specific invoice needed
  2. Click the download icon or invoice link
  3. Save the PDF
  4. Repeat for additional invoices as needed

To ensure invoices go to the correct email:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. On the Billing Profile tile, click Edit 
  3. Update email address
  4. Click Save to lock in changes
