What is Post-Pay, and how does it work?
Post-Pay allows subscribers to continue assigning training after all seats have been used without the need to "top up" by upgrading continually.
Post-Pay allows accounts with 50+ seats to continue assigning training after using all purchased seats, with seat overage charges billed monthly. Seats are added to the subscription in increments of 5. This eliminates the need to manually upgrade every time the seat limit is exceeded.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Post-Pay?
Post-Pay is a feature that allows training to be assigned after all seats have been used. Overage seats are billed monthly and automatically added to the subscription.
How are overage charges calculated?
At the end of each month, any seats used beyond the subscription are totaled, rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5, and charged at the plan's per-seat rate on the first of the next month.
What is an example of how Post-Pay works?
If you have 100 seats and use 12 extra seats in August, you'll be charged for 15 seats (12 rounded up) in September. Your subscription will increase to 115 seats, leaving 3 seats available for immediate use.
How do I enable Post-Pay?
It's auto-enabled for accounts with 50+ seats and a valid card. If it's not active, contact support@easyllama.com.
Can I disable Post-Pay?
Yes. Email support@easyllama.com to disable it. You can then manually upgrade the seat count in increments of 5 from Settings > Billing.
Does Post-Pay change my renewal date?
No. Your annual renewal date stays the same, but your subscription renews at the new, higher seat count. You can upgrade or downgrade before renewal.
What if I have fewer than 50 seats?
Post-Pay is not available. You must manually upgrade the seat count before assigning training beyond the limit.
How do I track seat usage and overages?
Go to Settings > Billing > Details to see the current seat balance, used seats, and any pending overage charges.
Can I use Post-Pay with any plan?
Yes, Post-Pay works with all Compliance, LMS, and Security Awareness plans, provided the 50-seat minimum is met.
