SSO for Learners and Admins

Enable and log in using Single Sign-On (SSO), for administrators and learners using Microsoft, Google, or ADP credentials for simplified, secure access to EasyLlama.

Before You Start

What You'll Need

  • Admin or Learner Access to EasyLlama
  • Existing Microsoft, Google, or ADP account credentials
  • Understanding that Microsoft SSO for Administrators uses the standard Google/ADP login flow (see Important Note below)

⚠️ Important Note: Microsoft SSO for Administrators

Microsoft SSO for Administrators is no longer available due to security issues. Administrators should use the Google or ADP SSO options instead.

If your organization requires SAML 2.0 with Microsoft, please refer to: SAML 2.0 with Microsoft - Manual Configuration Guide

Quick Reference

Logging in with SSO

Step 1: Access Login Page

For Administrators:

  1. Go to EasyLlama Login Page
  2. Click the Google or ADP button

For Learners:

  1. Go to l.easyllama.com (or use direct link: https://dashboard.easyllama.com/learner_sign_in if redirects fail)
  2. Click the Microsoft or Google button

Step 2: Complete SSO Authentication

  1. You'll be redirected to your provider's login page
  2. Enter your credentials (if not already logged in)
  3. Approve the consent request when prompted
  4. You'll be automatically redirected back to EasyLlama

Step 3: Verify Access

Upon successful authentication:

  • Admins: Redirected to the EasyLlama dashboard

That's it! You now have access to your account via SSO.

Troubleshooting

Learner Portal Access Issues

If learners experience issues with l.easyllama.com:

Consent Not Approved

If you're not redirected after login:

  • Ensure you approved all consent requests during the flow
  • Clear browser cache and try again
  • Check with your IT department for any organizational blocks

Account Not Found

If SSO fails with "account not found":

  • Verify you're using the correct email address associated with your EasyLlama account
  • Contact your EasyLlama administrator to ensure your account is properly set up
